The service is limited to introductory help and brief replies to questions you have. Sad to say we cannot offer ongoing monitoring or troubleshooting of network issues as our resources are limited. We can answer basic questions about the software and try to answer basic network issues that are related to the software. The first choice should always be the FAQ page, this is being constantly updated to help you with any common issues.
If you have not registered, then we recommend that you please register your product before submitting your questions. Please allow 24 hours from the time you register to the time you submit your first request for support.
Thinc Technology does not support telephone inquiries, however, if you contact us by telephone and time permits we will always try to assist you. Please note that we will not return telephone support calls, our support team always recommends e-mail support first.
