Thinc-Store was created by Thinc Technology to facilitate the issues of storing and retrieving emails and enable users to reduce the amount of emails stored on there local machine in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.  This program is an alternative to using traditional backup storage and document management software.

Thinc-Store gives you easy access to all of your old emails by acting as an email relay on your local PC that will capture catalogue and store all emails passing in and out of  your email client,  BEFORE the email is sent or received by you. This is a proactive way of dealing with your emails allowing you to set and forget with the piece of mind that your emails are safe.

Thinc-Store gives you easy access to all of your old emails and removes the need to backup your Outlook or Outlook Express.  The program also includes an import feature and will extract and catalogue all of your current emails in your email client and add them to the catalogue. 

All the emails are stored in a simple  “Emails In” and Email Out” directory structure including attachments.  A simple viewer has also been included allowing you to search though these stored emails so finding and retrieving any email from storage is easy,  you can search for dates, who you sent it to, who you received it from, contents of subject, contents of email or multiples of these and more all from a single screen. Once the emails are catalogued you can safely delete them from your email client with the knowledge that you can search and retrieve any old email quickly.

The program can also burn to CDR or DVDR all of your emails for safe storage with a multiple of definable events   “subject to having access to a CDR or DVDR” . Plus once the data has been recorded to a CD or DVD this disk is self contained and no longer requires the main program to function. A smaller self contained version of the data which will still reference all the existing data that has been stored on previous CDs or DVDs directly from the CD or DVD Viewer so in an event that the program, or your PC is unavailable all data can still be read from any machine that has a CD or DVD reader.  Tens of thousands of emails can be stored on a single CD or DVD all of which are retrievable at any time.
