Thinc-Store Enterprise was created by Thinc Technology to facilitate the issues of storing and retrieving emails. This program is an alternative to using traditional backup storage units and document management software and at a fraction of the cost of traditional backup and storage systems currently on the market.

Thinc-Store Enterprise gives you easy access to all of your old emails by acting as an email gateway that will capture and store all emails passing  in and out of an office, then cataloguing and burning to CD or DVD all BEFORE the email is even delivered to the email client. This is a proactive way of dealing with your emails allowing you to set and forget with the piece of mind that your emails are safe.

All the emails are converted to individual files and stored in a simple file structure of “Emails In” and Emails Out” including all attachments. The program is designed to handle as many users as you require all for the cost of a single site licence. A simple way of searching though these stored emails has been created to allow you to find and retrieve any email from storage easily,  you can search for dates, who you sent it to, who you received it from, contents of subject, contents of email or multiples of these and more all from a single screen.  

The program also includes a backup routine that will automatically create ISO images store and burn to CDR or DVDR “subject to having access to a CDR or DVDR in your office” at a multiple of definable events. Plus once the data has been recorded to a CD or DVD this disk is self contained and no longer requires the main program to function. A smaller self contained version of the data which will still reference all the existing data that has been stored on previous CDs or DVDs directly from the CD or DVD Viewer so in an event that the server or program is unavailable all data can still be read from any machine that has a CD or DVD reader.  Tens of thousands of emails can be stored on a single CD or DVD all of which are retrievable at any time. 

Thinc-Store is network-ready and Will work on any peer-to-peer or client/server network and can manage multiple sites or offices from a single location. It can also be purchased as a fully managed email service and part of the managed service can include burning and mailing to you the CDs or DVDs on a regular basis.
