Thinc-Time was designed to facilitate collaboration amongst employees who need joint access to diaries for planning, scheduling and productivity purposes. Thinc-Time offers a low cost network ready solution for sharing user’s diaries simultaneously with everyone on your network! Users can edit, view or have no access to each other's diaries, according to designated permissions; with daily weekly and monthly views available. Thinc-Time can be used to track the status of resources (e.g. interview or meeting rooms), or milestones on specific projects, employee vacations or just to keep track of day-to-day appointments. The quick view window allows current appointments and To-Do’s in any of the viewing windows. Important appointments reminders can be configured to normal desktop popups or optionally SMS a mobile phone (see SMS).

Thinc-Time is network-ready and will operate on any Windows based network, No Dedicated Server is Needed. Just share a common data path and that’s it. You can download a fully functional version to try with no missing or disabled features. Best of all it’s Free for the first 3 users. All you require to register is a valid email address.
