Thinc-Mail Technical Information
Some features of Thinc-Mail:
- Everything is on one screen. (see screenshot)
- Send and receive SMS messages from any mobile phone.
- Can be used as a single user email client or a common email client for the whole office.
- Look and feel similar to Outlook or Outlook Express.
- Share common email address books with the whole office.
- Email groups with personalised emails.
- Import emails from Outlook or Outlook Express.
- Use almost any third part virus scanner (including free ones)
- DOES NOT USE MAPI connectors this almost completely eliminates the spread of viruses even if one infects your PC.
- A fully working email client with the ability to SMTP (email sending) and POP3 (email collecting).
- Emails can be created using the WYSIWYG editor as enriched text, HTML, or plain text with spell checking and custom dictionaries.
- You can centrally manage and store emails if used with Thinc-Server
- Administer, addresses using the "Maintain Addresses" tool to quickly scan all Mailing Groups for any given address, and maintain the address in all the groups at the same time.
- Full logging is kept or all activity; easily, analyse by Group, by email address, or by email.
- Network ready addresses can be shared across your LAN, so users can share a common address book and access data at the same time.
- Addresses can be imported or exported from Mailing Groups to / from using a number of file formats.
- Send personalized email, "Dear Fred", "Dear Stan", "Thanks for purchasing product X", etc. Use any fields from the clients' data, which Thinc-Mail will fill in on a per email basis as it sends emails.
- Supports all typical email functionality: attachments, embedding images etc.
- Scheduling module - send / collect mail automatically at times you specify
- Auto Tracking or Auto Replies - monitor mail coming in or replies from mail that went out.
